At The Narrow Way, all of our products are handcrafted with care, prayer, and purpose. Due to the nature of our wellness goods and personal care items, we do not offer refunds or accept returns at this time.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are small-batch, made-to-order, and often include perishable or topical ingredients, all sales are final. This policy ensures the highest standards of quality, safety, and integrity for every customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thenarroway.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
